We at virtusplay set out the terms under which you open an account, deposit funds, place predictions or play games, and withdraw your balance. These terms apply to all users accessing our platform from supported jurisdictions.

We verify this information against government and telecom databases to confirm your identity and age. We do not open accounts for users under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your virtusplay account, contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or from your own disclosure of them to third parties.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with others, use multiple accounts to circumvent our terms, or attempt to manipulate our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account we believe violates these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals on virtusplay

We charge no withdrawal fees on virtusplay; any fees originate from your payment provider or bank.

We enforce minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction. These limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen before you authorize payment. Your e-wallet or bank may also impose their own daily or per-transaction limits.

Bonus and promotion terms on virtusplay

We may also close your account if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or accessed our platform from a prohibited jurisdiction. If we close your account due to violation of terms, we may forfeit any remaining balance.

Deposits via DANA support amounts ranging from small session stakes to larger account top-ups; your DANA daily limit applies. DANA deposits are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays like Nyepi or Imlek, so you can fund your account anytime. Withdrawals of your virtusplay balance to DANA also settle within subject to verification. We charge no withdrawal fee on our platform; DANA itself does not charge for these transfers back to your e-wallet. Your transaction appears in both your DANA transaction history and your virtusplay account ledger, making reconciliation straightforward. If a DANA deposit or withdrawal does not appear within subject to verification, check your DANA app to confirm it was sent, then contact our support team with the transaction reference number for manual investigation.

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay both require one-time account linking before your first deposit on virtusplay. You link OVO by selecting it as a payment method, opening the OVO app, and authorizing the connection to our platform. GoPay follows the same process. Once linked, future deposits skip the authorization step — the connection persists in your account. Both OVO and GoPay deposits settle within subject to verification on virtusplay, allowing rapid account funding. Your OVO and GoPay transaction records will show "virtusplay" as the merchant, making it easy to track deposits from your e-wallet app. Withdrawals of your virtusplay balance to OVO or GoPay also settle within subject to verification. Both services respect daily spending limits; if a deposit or withdrawal would exceed your daily e-wallet cap, we notify you to wait until the next calendar day or use an alternative payment method. No fees are charged by virtusplay on OVO or GoPay transactions — the full amount transfers without deduction. You can unlink OVO or GoPay anytime from your account settings; removing the link prevents future deposits but does not affect your existing virtusplay balance or account data.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual accounts (VA) on virtusplay provide a traditional deposit route for funding your account. When you select your bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI) in your payment settings, we generate a unique 13-digit VA number tied to your account. You use this number to transfer funds from your personal bank account to virtusplay. Our system monitors the VA in real-time; when your transfer arrives, we automatically match it to your account and credit your wallet within standard banking windows — typically 1–2 business days, faster if both accounts are at the same bank. The same VA number remains active for all future deposits; you do not receive a new number each time. For withdrawals of your virtusplay balance, we process funds back to the bank account you registered with your VA setup. Bank withdrawals typically clear within 1–2 business days; weekend and public holiday delays are normal (for example, during Idul Adha or Piala Indonesia finals, bank processing may extend an extra day). Bank-based transactions carry no fees on the virtusplay side, though your own bank may charge inter-account transfer fees depending on your account tier and bank policies.
